Fadila Al-Yahaya holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the University of Ghana, Legon, Accra.
She was called to the Ghana Bar upon successful completion of the Professional Law Course (PLC) at the Ghana School of Law.
Prior to being called to Ghana Bar, Ms. Al-Yahaya worked as a Research Assistant for the Centre for Constitutional Order (CENCORD) and Parkwood & Mossane Legal Advisory and Consultancy.
With a passion for promoting peace, justice, and reconciliation and a solid background in legal advocacy and mediation, Ms. Al-Yahaya brings a unique blend of legal expertise and servant leadership.
Her areas of interest include Alternative Dispute Reslolution, Commercial and Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law.
