Her Ladyship Jane Harriet Akweley Quaye

Her Ladyship Jane Harriet Akweley Quaye is the Chair of the International Council of Women In Tune.

Professionally, she is a Justice of the High Court of Ghana. She was called to the Ghana Bar in the year 1991. Justice Jane Quaye holds a Masters in Law (LLM) in International Studies and a Certificate in International Human Rights from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C. USA. She is also a fellow of the Legal and Advocacy Program for Women in Africa (LAWA) fellowship program, Georgetown Law.

She joined the Bench as a Circuit Court Judge in 2016 and was subsequently elevated to the High Court in 2019. Before joining the Bench Justice Jane Quaye was the Executive Director of the International Association of Women Lawyers, FIDA-Ghana. Justice Jane Quaye has a rich experience in the field of human rights, access to justice and gender issues.

Justice Jane Quaye is also a Charismatic Christian and passionate about the work of God. She is the Co-General Overseer of the Chosen Generation Outreach Church, in Ghana. She is a theologian holding a Master of Arts degree in Theology and Mission and a Master of Theology degree in African Christianity from Akrofi Christaller Institute of Theology Mission and Culture, Akropong, Ghana.
